To Whom It
May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of working
with Andrea Bibeau for several years first as a colleague at Reactivity and now
as a valued vendor with my own business, Expero.
Andrea is
smart, articulate and highly organized. She has done an excellent job of
bookkeeping for my small business and I would highly recommend her. She has a
strong grasp of the tools and knowledge needed for bookkeeping, budgeting and
accounting practices. In addition to all of her capabilities, Andrea is also
wonderful to work with.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
I worked with Andrea Bibeau for
well over a year at Reactivity. As Managing Director for the Austin office, I
was her manager, and worked with her closely.
We originally hired Andrea
because of her skills in accounting and bookkeeping. While the primary financial
work for Reactivity was done out of our headquarters in California, Andrea
managed many of the financial details for the Austin office. She proved that she
was very proficient with the tools we were using: Intuit QuickBooks for
bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel for reporting. More importantly, she showed a
solid understanding of basic accounting principles and their application to our
business. She performed some day to day accounting as well as report generation
for end of quarter and end of year analysis.
I believe Andrea would make a
fine bookkeeper for any small business. She is thorough and detailed oriented.
She has a strong understanding of the tools involved and how to use them
efficiently. Finally, she is a joy to work with. She has my strong endorsement
in any accounting and bookkeeping work she decides to pursue.
Sincerely,
Andrew Willis

To
Whom It May Concern:
Andrea
Bibeau was employed as a full-time bookkeeper and office manager for my custom
homebuilding firm from 1999-2000. During that time she was responsible for
handling all financial transactions for my business, as well as some of my
personal expenses. She also created and monitored a project schedule for a
multi-million dollar office building I was working on.
From
the very start I felt confident allowing Andrea to take over my finances. She
has great attention to detail and always paid bills and created invoices in a
very timely manner. Due to the fact that I utilize a lot of labor
subcontractors, certain paperwork needs to be filed with the Worker’s
Compensation Committee within a very strict time frame. I never felt I needed to
double-check to be certain that Andrea was handling this properly, even though
it would mean large fines for my business if she did not. I had absolute
confidence that Andrea would get the appropriate forms filed by the deadlines.
And, she consistently did.
Prior
to hiring Andrea my business’s record keeping practices were unreliable. Bills
would often get overlooked or invoices would be missing charges, ultimately
costing my business money. Once I hired Andrea she made sure that all bills were
entered into QuickBooks and paid on time, and all invoices were sent to clients
with all necessary charges included.
In
addition to being a hard worker and a reliable employee, Andrea was also a
pleasure to be around. We developed a friendship over the course of her
employment and we remain in close contact. I would recommend her without
reservation as a very competent bookkeeper.
Sincerely,
Dana
